HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY
It is the policy of Grada-CP Limited and a key component of our culture to execute all of our activities in such a manner that will ensure the Health, Safety, and Environmental protection of all our employees, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and community in which we live and work.
Grada-CP will manage and apply our HSE Management System in such a manner that every employee shall be involved and ensure the effective implementation of our HSE Principles to assist the company in achieving our established Goal of Zero Incidents.
All the managers and supervisors of Grada-CP have the responsibility to continuously improve HSE awareness among all employees, to manage proper usage of the environment, tools and equipment, and to create a culture in which everyone shares responsibility for the well being of their fellow workers and the community.
Appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) shall be provided in accordance with the needs of workers, as well as customer. Hence, all employees have the responsibility to execute their personal and work activities in such a manner as to prevent all circumstances which could lead to incidents that may cause personal injury or illness, security incidents or environmental damage. We will measure HSE performance and, by setting challenging objectives and targets, strive for continuous improvement.
Grada-CP Limited will implement this Policy in combination with the Health, Safety, & Environmental Laws, Regulations, Standards, and Codes of Practice of our clients and all applicable agencies.
